Now that it's summer . . . I am looking forward to some quality R&R time.  I'll be hitting the beach, making the rounds, golfing and generally goofing off. My bag will need a steamy paperback to read on the beach - Border's Books, Music and More here in the Gaslamp, has the newest Janet Evanovich novel. . .  Stephanie Plum's Sizzling Sixteen. I'm anxious to find out what Morelli and Ranger are up to! I hope you've registered with them for their "Rewards" program - they send out a nice juicy coupon each week. I love that, additional motivation to shop! Bring it on.

I better stop and pick up something cool like a sweet new bathing suit or some board shorts to kick it in at Volcom. They have the hottest trends and are getting new merchandise all the time. I had to call Diana over at the Designer Millinery to create a new Chapeau for Opening day up at the Del Mar Race track.  A day at the races is just not the same without a fantastic Hat and why go mainstream when you can have something custom made to frame your fabulous face.
